Goal Setting & Review Questions.
The original SMART Goal had 5 steps.
The enhanced SMARTER Goal has 2 more.
Now you can do SMART goal plus Evaluate & Review to make it a SMARTER goal:
1) Specific
2) Measurable
3) Achievable
4) Relevant or Realistic
5) Time based
6) Evaluate
7) Review
Sample Goal Evaluate Questions:
a) What had been done?
b) How effective was the plan?
c) How much had been achieved?
Sample Goal Review Questions:
a) Why you made that goal?
b) What other plans to achieve your goal?
c) How can you improve the plans?
Now you can do SMARTER goals.
Once you have your SMARTER Goals, you need to do the next Step which is more important.
You need to TAPA.
Take Appropriate Planned Actions.
There won't be any result or changes if you don't take any action. However, the action must be appropriate to the goals you have.
Big Action Create Big Results.
