79) Your Success depends on how well you use of what you have.
It’s not what you have, but how well you use of what you have that determines your success.
Many people complain that they do not have enough time to do so many things.
Scenario:
You only have 1 hour to do a few things:
a) call friends for appointments
b) send your young son to tuition
c) fill up forms for submission
d) go to the bank
How you decide what to do first? Do you have time to complete all?
Think of which activity you can outsource to others?
One possible solution is to use a taxi. You can send your son to tuition, fill up the forms and call friends while in the taxi. You may even get your son to help sort the forms. After drop off your son, go to the bank. You can save time by not having to find a parking place near the bank.
While waiting in the bank, can fill up more forms & message to your friends for appointments. Once finish the bank transactions, take another taxi back home while calling more friends for more appointments.
Do think of higher level money making tasks and outsource the lower level non money making tasks. In this scenario, it is the driving & parking. If you have lots of forms to fill up and have to go to the bank very often, you may get someone else to do for you.
Do categorize which tasks are the most important that you have to do it yourself and other tasks that can be passed to others to do.
